PLATINUM Support Plan - $299 per year
The PLATINUM support plan is optional and  renewable annually throughout the life of the software.

GOLD Support Plan - $199 per year
All customers are automatically enrolled in the GOLD Support Plan upon purchasing their software for a period of three months.  Renewal is not automatic; you must opt-in. Many features of the Platinum support plan (does not include 24-hour Off-Air Emergency support) for $100 less and renewable annually throughout the life of the software.

On-Demand Support Plan - $35 per hour
Customers who do not elect to enroll in a continual support plan, may pay for our assistance using the On-Demand Support Plan.  This plan allows for you to obtain one our of assistance for the price of $35.  Support is billed $35 initial (up to 1 hour) and then $35 an hour, billed in 30 minute increments, should the call require extended time.  To initiate an On-Demand call, call our support number below and tell the technician you wish to initiate an On-Demand help ticket.  Once we establish a connection we will need authorization from a valid credit card holder with all pertinent billing address info and the 3-digit code on the back of the card.

1We make every attempt to respond to your call withing 60 minutes for the Platinum Support Plan, and within hours for the Gold Support Plan  during normal business hours.
